Who We Are
A Running Conversation was formed to support individuals as they focus on their aspirations and goals and use running as a vehicle to self-fulfillment. Jeanne Hackett, the founder, is a RRCA (Road Runners Club of America) certified running coach, a top runner in New England, and holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley College with a background in mental health and substance abuse counseling. Jeanne is a 2012 inductee to the Maine Running Hall of Fame.
Running inspires Jeanne. She knows firsthand the connection between running and training, and accomplishing goals in life. Running teaches self discipline, perseverance, time management, personal power, and how to deal with failure. Jeanne has integrated her passion for running with her experience in coaching and counseling to engage others in a meaningful and productive conversation. Clients clarify and focus on goals and develop a strategy to accomplish them. Organizations benefit from Jeanne's communications and marketing expertise.
For A Running Conversation retreat, Jeanne brings together a passionate team of leaders, teachers, and athletes who provide participants with a full program that is sure to inspire!
