Very easy 5.57 miles in 53:13. I'm wondering if tonight's run was a bad idea considering I plan to race tomorrow. I guess we shall see tomorrow! I just thought that running such distance the day before the race would make the race seem like peanuts. Haha. Like I said, we shall see!

Anyway, beautiful run. I parked at my church down near Biddeford Pool and ran a nice big loop. It was so quite and peaceful I will definitely run this route again soon. It'll be nice when it's sunny too because much of the route is lined with trees on both sides of the road.

Well, one more day for running and then a much needed day off! I've really been pushing the miles these last couple of weeks. If my speed isn't what it was back in May, at least I'm getting the endurance.

Good luck in your race, Janine, and everyone else who is racing.

I ran 50mins with Michelle at a moderate pace at the lake. Then I did yoga class for an hour.
