A Running Conversation

A Running Conversation helps individuals find and focus on their commitment to personal change, whether related to fitness, home, relationship, or work. We combine intention with conversation, goal setting, problem solving and moving! Clients clarify their desires, set realistic goals, explore their physical limits, and give life to their dreams.

Participants in A Running Conversation learn the skills needed to reach personal goals through running, with additional one-on-one coaching.

It's Summer in Maine!

The sun is warm and running is good. Weekly groups runs in southern Maine. Open to all levels of runners.
